"The ticketing system is a total letdown."
I found the ticketing system to be absurdly rigid. I tried to purchase tickets for a music event online, but the seats were assigned automatically, and they ended up being way too close to the stage for my liking. So, I reached out to customer service, and they told me to handle it online. The representative, who was pretty cold, mentioned that buying through them is no different. When I asked if there were any other seats further back from the stage, she said they couldn't check. I even inquired if going to Istana Budaya in person would change anything, and her response was a flat NO. What kind of ridiculous system is this? I can't wrap my head around the fact that their ticketing is completely automated and so inflexible that we can't even see if other seats are open? Either the system is seriously flawed, or the customer service is just terrible.
"Jay Chou Concert Ticket Woes"
I’ve been trying really hard to snag tickets for Jay Chou’s concerts on the 1st and 3rd of June, but the site just kept messing up every time it was finally our turn to pick tickets. It kept saying there weren’t enough tickets available, even when I was just trying to grab one! What’s up with that? If that’s the case, the site should just stop selling tickets altogether, right? We need a better system for ticket sales next time. Honestly, I’d rather go back to the old days of standing in line than deal with this nonsense, wasting hours watching your site load and load for nothing.
"Disappointment with Ticket Availability"
I was let down to discover that the tickets you’re offering aren’t actually in your hands. This means you won’t receive them right after making the payment. The promise of having tickets ready for the event sounds appealing, but other arrangements like driving to the venue and grabbing dinner beforehand can get messed up. The wait for the ticket release is really a hassle. Plus, I don’t get emails on my phone since the small print gives me migraines.

"Up to now, it's been quite effective..."
Up to now, it's been quite effective, but the extra charge was pretty steep compared to the numerous major concerts I've been to. It'll be worth it if the experience lives up to what I'm hoping for.

"Customer Support"
I'm grateful that I managed to keep the ticket on my second try, but the first time around, I couldn't buy the ticket I wanted. It would be better if the ticket could be held for a specific duration before being offered to someone else.

"Ticket Purchase Experience"
I bought tickets for Kinky Boots as a Christmas gift for my granddaughters. We’re based in Northern Wyoming, and the show’s happening in Denver. We’re planning to spend a few days there and catch the show together. Ordering online while chatting with an agent was a bit tricky! I was worried about being charged twice! The service fees seemed pretty steep, and I was curious if they covered insurance. Turns out they don’t, and I couldn’t add the insurance fee after I finished the purchase. Since we’ll be traveling from Wyoming to Denver in March, when snowstorms can hit, it would’ve been nice to have the option to rebook the show just in case we ran into trouble!

"Decent, but needs improvement..."
Overall, things went smoothly. The site was easy to navigate and the interface was user-friendly, making it simple to locate what I was after. I'm actually satisfied with the service. However, the service fee is quite steep, and I had to print out tickets. Come on, it's the 21st century! Why not develop an app for downloading tickets and using a barcode for entry?

"Happy Overall"
My only issue was that I purchased tickets, and then they rang me up to say they weren't really available. They did try to make it right for me... but it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. They kept me in the loop and all, but it kinda felt like a bait and switch, you know? Just putting it out there.

"Mistake on my ticket times and no fix from the company"
I placed an order for tickets online but didn’t finalize it at first because I needed to check with others. The company then sent me a reminder email to complete my purchase, which I did. After I wrapped it up and checked the confirmation, I noticed the time had switched from 1:00 to 6:30. Since it’s a Sunday and I’m bringing kids along, that just doesn’t work for us. I’ve sent several emails and made phone calls, but they say there’s nothing they can do. I won’t be ordering from them again!

"Newbie Experience"
I haven't attended a concert before, so I'm feeling a bit anxious about purchasing the tickets online; they just don't feel legit. I'm kinda unsure!!! I got them as a present, but I won't be going—my wife will be. Fingers crossed it all goes well.

"Crazy pricing... seriously, folks"
Man, the pricing is wild... you all hit me with a charge of 188 bucks for something that should've been 45. That Pink Martini concert? Total rip-off... I ended up shelling out 378 bucks for 2 tickets instead of just 90. Never buying from you again, no way.

"Tickets for the Concert"
Hey there! I attempted to buy tickets online, but the website got all jammed up. I ended up having to call because I wasn't sure about my order. In the end, though, I did get my tickets! They really ought to make the site a bit more user-friendly, if you ask me.

"A tad excessive"
I didn’t run into any problems snagging my tickets from this site, but a service charge of $10.50 for each ticket feels a bit outrageous when it’s just an emailed ticket. If they were sending them by mail, I’d get it, but for email? Nah. Plus, the ticket prices were $10 more than what Ticketmaster had. The only reason I didn’t go with them is 'cause their site was down for maintenance.

"Dishonest and Deceitful Practices"
They weren't upfront about the ticket price. I felt misled all the way to the final checkout, only to find out the real total just to close the deal.

"Seating Issues"
When I checked the seating chart while purchasing my tickets, it indicated mezz center. However, my tickets ended up being mezz house instead. I'm pretty disappointed. Plus, I paid nearly $200 each for them.
